Description
The PAF Fellows Program, established in 1952, brings a select group of U.S. Air Force and U.S. Space Force officers and their civilian counterparts to participate in research projects within RAND Corporation's Project AIR FORCE (PAF). The program is designed to foster collaboration between professional military personnel and RAND’s scientific staff, ensuring continuous knowledge exchange and integrating military operational concepts into systems analysis. Over the years, fellows have participated in a variety of programs, including Senior and Intermediate Developmental Education, Legislative Fellows, and Education With Industry Fellows.
