Description
The Paradigm Project is a multiyear initiative by Bringing Theory to Practice (BTtoP) aimed at catalyzing systemic transformation within higher education. The project encourages the development of new, holistic, and inclusive models of engaged education by supporting institutional changemakers and fostering campus-wide collaboration among faculty, staff, and administrative leaders. Activities include building communities of practice with innovative institutions, connecting leaders for transformative change, and advancing a new narrative that unites academic, personal, social, and civic goals. The ultimate goal is to move beyond isolated innovations toward comprehensive, equitable change that addresses the needs of today’s diverse student populations.
