Description
The Paradigm Project is a multiyear initiative launched in 2022 by Bringing Theory to Practice to catalyze systemic transformation in undergraduate education. It connects new models of holistic, inclusive learning with campus-wide collaboration among faculty, staff, and administrative leaders, and with networks that can sustain change across higher education. Its goal is to move beyond disconnected innovations toward a transformative college experience for all students.
The project’s Emerging Models community of practice partners with institutions and consortia on curricular redesign, civic engagement, and support for low-income and first-generation students. An institutional changemakers network connects leaders working on campus transformation. Alongside these partnerships, the project advances a public vision that links completion and economic mobility with education’s personal, social, and civic purposes.
