Description
The Parliamentary District Policing Program (PDPP) is a targeted funding initiative by Public Safety Canada to support the City of Ottawa and the Ottawa Police Service (OPS) in establishing and maintaining a dedicated police detachment for the Parliamentary District. The program aims to bolster security, provide a focused police presence, and address emerging safety threats within the Parliamentary District, which includes Parliament Hill and surrounding designated areas in Ottawa.
