This program provides funding to support the creation, growth, or testing of collaborative research initiatives in the social sciences and humanities through formal partnerships between academic and/or non-academic organizations. Grants are intended to foster new partnerships or enhance existing ones, enabling teams to develop innovative research projects, knowledge mobilization activities, and best practices that can have regional, national, or international impact. Emphasis is placed on meaningful involvement of students and emerging scholars, knowledge co-creation, and the exchange of expertise among diverse partners.
