Key Information: Organizations applying for MACC Mission Support or Experience Support cannot apply for Partnership funding.
Description
The Michigan Arts and Culture Council (MACC) established this program to allocate part of its annual grant budget to organizations and initiatives aligned with the Council’s mission, values, and priorities. Funding is flexible and responsive to the Council’s specific interests. The program advances arts and cultural services throughout Michigan so citizens and communities can benefit from their civic, economic, and educational value.
Partnership opportunities include Midwest regional arts collaboration, arts and health information, public policy education, touring arts and poetry recitation, and an online arts education platform for Michigan schools. The program also supports personal development for Michigan arts leaders and a statewide arts and cultural conference. These partnerships further MACC’s vision of communities that celebrate creative expression and give every person access to, or participation in, arts and cultural experiences.
