Description
The Regional Arts Partner (RAP) Grant from the Illinois Arts Council fosters collaboration between the Council and selected organizations to enhance, expand, and sustain local arts programming throughout Illinois. Through this partnership, designated Regional Arts Partners receive funding and support to assess community needs and implement grantmaking processes tailored to their specific service areas.
