Description
Missouri Arts Council Partnership Grants support special initiatives that strongly align with one or more of the Council’s strategic goals: engaging people in meaningful arts experiences, growing Missouri’s economy using the arts, and strengthening Missouri education through the arts. The program emphasizes public value, measurable outcomes, and a framework for evaluation, while helping identify and involve future partners in shared initiatives.
Partnerships should involve local or statewide collaborators strategically, logistically, or financially and demonstrate strong leadership, program development, and financial stewardship. These grants are not intended for programs otherwise eligible for artistic discipline grants such as Annual or Express. The Council works with prospective applicants to review project alignment, engagement opportunities, desired outcomes, and budget before an online Partnership Application is submitted.
