Description
The Partnership Program is part of the Minnesota Job Skills Partnership (MJSP), administered by the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development. It funds accredited Minnesota educational institutions working with one or more Minnesota businesses to develop new or customized training for the businesses’ new or incumbent workers.
The program aims to promote economic development, build educational capacity and create economic opportunity for workers. MJSP focuses on short-term training connected to full-time employment in growth sectors of Minnesota’s economy, with the broader goal of expanding work opportunities and retaining high-quality jobs in the state.
