Before applying, review the expanded match and indirect-cost rules, check the required Strategic Action Plan sections if applying for Capacity funding, and prepare the applicable supporting documents in one PDF no larger than 35 MB. Funding remains up to $150,000 over three years with a 5% match.

Description
The Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board (OWEB) offers Partnership Technical Assistance grants to strengthen existing partnerships and collaborating groups of organizations. Funding supports developing or enhancing a Strategic Action Plan, improving partnership governance and performance, engaging communities in plan development, and coordinating the work needed to sustain a partnership.
Supported activities include coordinators or chairpersons, administrative staff time, meetings, facilitation, partnership documents, and project planning, mapping, or prioritization software. The program emphasizes effective partner engagement, communication, and technically sound planning that leads to future watershed protection, restoration, or acquisition actions. Projects do not have to address OWEB’s Board-identified Focused Investment priorities. Although grants support coordination of Strategic Action Plan implementation, they do not fund direct project implementation, new research, monitoring, assessments, or writing future FIP Implementation grant applications.
