Description
The Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board (OWEB) offers Partnership Technical Assistance grants to strengthen existing partnerships working toward watershed protection and restoration. Partnership Development funding supports new or improved strategic action plans, governance documents, and community engagement related to plan development. Partnership Capacity funding supports coordination and administration for partnerships that already have a strategic action plan, including meetings, facilitation, document updates, and project-planning software.
The proposed work must show a pathway to future restoration or acquisition projects. It does not have to address one of OWEB’s Board-identified Focused Investment priorities. These grants fund partnership planning and operations, not new research, monitoring, assessments, project implementation, or preparation of future Focused Investment Partnership (FIP) Implementation grant applications.
