The Pathfinder Grant, previously known as The Exploration Fund Grant, provides financial support to graduate and post-graduate students as well as early-career scientists conducting field-based research in any discipline. The grant is intended to empower transformative research projects that expand knowledge, advance scientific discovery, and inspire curiosity about the world. Funding can be used for travel, field equipment, research expenses, and other essential costs associated with meaningful fieldwork. Recipients join a global community of explorers and may be invited to become members of The Explorers Club.
