Description
The Pathmaker program, administered by the Massachusetts Life Sciences Center (MLSC), funds the development and expansion of industry-aligned workforce training programs that address critical skills gaps and talent shortages in the Massachusetts life sciences sector. The program aims to connect skilled and diverse workers with high-demand career opportunities in the life sciences, validate and amplify effective training models, and foster partnerships between training providers and industry. Pathmaker is a central part of the MassTalent initiative, designed to sustain the state’s leadership in life sciences innovation by strengthening its talent pipeline.
