Description
This funding opportunity enables UK-based researchers to claim back travel and subsistence costs for visiting astronomy telescopes, provided the visit is for competitively awarded science observation time. The scheme is intended for those who do not already hold or have access to a PATT travel grant at their institution, and is administered by the Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC) under UK Research and Innovation (UKRI). The grant covers 100% of the full economic cost and is processed as non-employee expenses.
