Description
The Peer Exchange Fund is a special initiative of the National Performance Network (NPN) designed to foster relationship-building, knowledge sharing, collaboration, learning, and practice among NPN Partner organizations. This fund aims to strengthen the NPN network by supporting exchanges between partner organizations, with a focus on equitable practices, professional and organizational development, and systems change within the arts and philanthropy sector. The program is structured to address evolving network needs and is supported by the Doris Duke Foundation.
