Description
The Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority (PennVEST) provides low-interest loans and grants to support the construction and improvement of drinking water, stormwater, and sewage treatment facilities, as well as non-point source pollution prevention practices. Funding is also available for brownfield remediation and for individual homeowners to repair or replace malfunctioning septic systems or connect to public sewer systems. The program targets projects that improve water quality, public health, and environmental protection throughout Pennsylvania.
