The Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority (PennVEST) provides low-interest loans and grants to support the construction and improvement of drinking water, stormwater, and sewage treatment facilities, as well as non-point source pollution prevention practices. Funding is also available for brownfield remediation and for individual homeowners to repair or replace malfunctioning septic systems or connect to public sewer systems.
