Description
The Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) administers PA SITES to develop competitive sites for businesses relocating or expanding within Pennsylvania. Planning Grants support comprehensive real estate plans and feasibility studies assessing prospective sites, including the best future use of parcels for redevelopment or new development.
Construction Grants and Loans provide gap financing for strategic sites needing assistance to reduce business development risk.
