Description
The Percy Memorial Research Award is an annual grant-in-aid administered by the American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery Foundation (AAO-HNSF) through the Centralized Otolaryngology Research Efforts (CORE) program. It supports research in any area of otolaryngology-head and neck surgery with direct or potential clinical significance for patients treated by specialists in the field.
Projects must produce useful information within the award period. Priority goes to innovative investigations that could develop into new, long-range research programs and attract funding from other sources. The award draws on the Percy Memorial Research Endowment, with the number of awards dependent on application merit and endowment earnings.
