Description
The Performing Arts grant from the Arab Fund for Arts and Culture (AFAC) is designed to foster a vibrant and diverse performing arts scene in the Arab region. The grant supports the production and distribution of classical, folk, and contemporary forms of theater and dance performances for all age groups. Eligible activities include public and site-specific interventions, performance art, festivals, and training or workshops in playwriting, acting, directing, dancing, and choreography. Funding covers the full project lifecycle, including research and development, and may be used for expenses such as materials, rentals, artistic and technical fees, and collaboration costs. The program aims to enable artists and institutions to realize innovative performing arts projects and strengthen the cultural sector throughout the Arab region.
