Key Information: Applicants must be Penn faculty willing to lead a two-year collaboration with Perry World House.
Perry World House’s Faculty Fellowship Projects connect ongoing Penn faculty research with audiences and decision-makers who can translate it into global policy action. The program deepens collaboration across Penn’s 12 schools, putting Perry World House’s resources, convening power, practitioner network, and policy infrastructure behind faculty-led projects. Projects with potential global policy impact are welcome, with preference for the center’s core areas: international peace and security, global justice and human rights, democracy, and climate change.
These are two-year collaborations rather than conventional grants. Faculty work with Perry World House on a concrete vision for policy impact and lead workshops, public engagement, visiting-fellow activities, and a white paper. The activities bring researchers into substantive exchange with policymakers, practitioners, and scholars across institutional, national, and academic contexts.
