Description
The Persephone Miel Fellowships, administered by the Pulitzer Center in partnership with Internews, are designed to empower journalists based outside the U.S. and Western Europe to undertake ambitious reporting projects that reach global audiences. The fellowship prioritizes those with limited access to other opportunities and whose work is rarely published internationally. Fellows report from their home countries or follow migrant communities, with an emphasis on systemic issues and multimedia storytelling. In addition to financial support, fellows receive mentorship from experienced journalists and assistance in placing their stories in international media outlets.
