Description
This grant funds research and innovation actions (RIA) focused on developing personalised approaches to reduce the risks associated with adverse drug reactions (ADRs) due to polypharmacy (the administration of three or more medications). The aim is to integrate genetic, biomarker, and clinical data into medication management using advanced technologies such as electronic health records and artificial intelligence. Projects are expected to identify and validate biomarkers, develop targeted therapies, and utilize data analytics to better predict, prevent, and manage ADRs.
