    Description

The Peter and Edith O’Donnell Endowment Grant Program supports scholars conducting research at the George Bush Presidential Library. Administered through the Scowcroft Institute of International Affairs at Texas A&M University’s Bush School of Government and Public Service, it is one of two library research grant programs instituted by the Foundation. Projects may address any field and may extend beyond the library’s collections, provided those holdings form part of the research.

The program’s sole funding purpose is to help defray living, travel, and related expenses incurred while researching at the library. It prioritizes projects with strong prospects for publication and subsequent usefulness to educators, scholars, students, and policymakers, as well as work that brings newly available research materials to light.
