Description
The Petroleum Product Cleanup Fund supports owners and operators of underground storage tank (UST) systems in Massachusetts by providing partial reimbursement for costs, expenses, and obligations incurred due to releases of petroleum products. The fund covers environmental response actions, property damage, bodily injury, and natural resource damages resulting from eligible releases. Administered by the Massachusetts Department of Revenue, the program also enables UST owners to meet state and federal financial responsibility requirements.
