This program provides researchers access to extensive clinical data, biosamples, and imaging from the PFF Registry to advance studies on pulmonary fibrosis and interstitial lung disease.
Funder: Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation
Due Dates: Rolling (Proposals accepted year-round)
Funding Amounts: No direct funding; access to registry data/biosamples may incur fees for non-partners or for statistical support.
Summary: Enables researchers to access PFF Registry clinical data, biosamples, and HRCT scans for studies on pulmonary fibrosis and interstitial lung diseases.
Key Information: Proposals undergo review within 6–8 weeks; data access fees may apply, especially for non-CCN partners.
The Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation (PFF) Registry Ancillary Studies Proposal program provides clinical and translational researchers with access to a robust registry of deidentified data, biosamples, and high-resolution CT scans from thousands of individuals affected by pulmonary fibrosis (PF) and interstitial lung disease (ILD). The registry is designed to support research that advances understanding of disease mechanisms, optimizes clinical trial design, informs clinical decision-making, and fosters the discovery of new therapeutic targets. Researchers may request access to longitudinal clinical data, biospecimens (such as DNA, RNA, plasma, serum), and imaging for a wide variety of study types, including retrospective and prospective analyses.
