Description
The Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation (PFF) Registry Ancillary Studies program provides clinical and translational investigators with access to deidentified clinical data, biosamples, and high-resolution computed tomography (HRCT) scans from the PFF Patient Registry. Information gathered from thousands of participants supports research into the causes and impacts of pulmonary fibrosis (PF) and interstitial lung disease (ILD), improved treatments, and better clinical care.
The Registry supports research on PF pathobiology, clinically actionable biomarkers, therapeutic targets, care patterns, and patient outcomes. Its longitudinal data can generate real-world evidence to inform clinical decision making and future clinical trial design. The Registry also serves as a resource for clinical trial recruitment.
