The PFF Scholars program, offered by the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation, is designed to accelerate the careers of early-stage investigators conducting research in pulmonary fibrosis. The program aims to foster independent research careers and provide awardees with resources, mentorship, and opportunities to secure further funding. Supported research areas include basic science, translational, clinical, epidemiological, and health services research related to pulmonary fibrosis and, for this cycle, pulmonary hypertension in the context of interstitial lung disease (ILD-PH).
Awards are based on scientific merit, innovation, and alignment with the Foundation’s goals, with applications peer-reviewed by an international committee of experts.
