Summary: Supports independent medical education on safe, effective BCMA-directed bispecific antibody use in second-line and later relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma.
Key Information: Organizations only; clinical research and projects evaluating therapeutic or diagnostic efficacy are not supported.
Pfizer’s independent medical education initiative supports programs that strengthen healthcare professionals’ competence, clinical confidence, and multidisciplinary coordination in using BCMA-directed bispecific antibodies (BsAbs) for second-line and later (2L+) relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM). Education should translate emerging evidence into practice, including interpretation of study designs, patient populations, endpoints, follow-up duration, and limitations.
Priorities include addressing implementation gaps in community oncology, preparing teams for earlier-line BCMA BsAb use, coordinating care, and navigating patient selection and treatment sequencing. The target audience includes hematologists/oncologists, oncology nurses and nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, and other professionals caring for people with RRMM. Supported formats include case-based learning, workshops, tumor boards, society programs, online courses, webinars, downloadable tools, articles, social media content, videos, podcasts, infographics, and animations.
