Fight for Sight’s PhD Studentships are designed to build research capacity in ophthalmic and vision science by supporting clinical and non-clinical research projects focused on tackling sight loss caused by any eye condition. The scheme aims to develop future leaders in the field by funding high-quality, impactful research that addresses unmet needs in eye health. Applicants are encouraged to foster public involvement throughout the research process and demonstrate clear pathways to meaningful outcomes for people affected by sight loss.
