Description
The Pittsburgh Conference Memorial National College Grant (PCMNCG) is designed to help small colleges strengthen their undergraduate science programs by providing funding for scientific equipment, audio-visual teaching aids, and library materials. Established in memory of R.K. Scott and other members of the Pittsburgh Conference Committee, the grant is administered by the Society for Analytical Chemists of Pittsburgh (SACP) and the Spectroscopy Society of Pittsburgh (SSP) using proceeds from the annual Pittcon conference. The program aims to expand hands-on learning opportunities and access to advanced scientific tools for students in institutions with limited resources.
