The Placemaking Grant, offered by the National Association of Realtors (NAR), provides funding and resources to state and local REALTOR® associations to help them plan, organize, implement, and maintain placemaking activities. These projects are designed to transform underused or underutilized spaces into vibrant, publicly accessible community places—such as parks, gardens, playgrounds, pedestrian plazas, and other outdoor gathering destinations. The grant aims to foster community engagement, strengthen ties with local officials, and spur economic and social development through the creation or improvement of public spaces.
