The Placemaking Grant from the National Association of Realtors (NAR) provides funding and resources to state and local REALTOR® associations to plan, implement, and maintain placemaking activities that turn underused spaces into vibrant, accessible community places. The grant encourages creative projects that enhance public spaces, foster resident engagement, and contribute to neighborhood well-being. Examples include pocket parks, public art installations, outdoor seating areas, community gardens, and improvements to existing public gathering places.
