The program combines theoretical and practical training, including in-class lectures, workshops, guest speakers, field trips, mentorship, and public presentations. Fellows are guided through the process of designing and implementing their own disciplinary or interdisciplinary research projects, preparing them for graduate-level research and advanced research careers.
