Description
All Souls College at the University of Oxford offers five-year, fixed-term, non-renewable fellowships for researchers who have recently completed, or are about to complete, a doctorate. Fellows pursue an independent programme of advanced study and research for publication in Oxford. The College usually elects fellows in alternate years, changing the subject fields between competitions.
The published 2026–27 competition covers Asian and Middle Eastern Studies, History of Art or History of Music, Law, Life Science, and Theoretical Computer Science. It intends to elect up to five fellows, one in each subject. Fellows are full members of the College and its governing body, and are expected to participate in College meetings.
