Description
The Pediatric Oncology Student Training (POST) Program Grants are part of Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation's Early Career Research Programs. These grants are designed to immerse undergraduate, graduate (master’s only), and medical students in hands-on pediatric oncology research during an 8–10 week mentored summer experience. The program aims to cultivate the next generation of childhood cancer researchers by providing opportunities to participate in ongoing projects or initiate original investigations with the guidance of experienced pediatric oncology mentors. The POST Program also seeks to increase diversity in the pediatric oncology research community by supporting students from underrepresented backgrounds.
