Description
The Fulbright Israel Postdoctoral Fellowship provides up to 16 fellowships for Israeli scholars to conduct research at accredited U.S. universities or non-profit research institutes for 9–12 months during the 2026/27 academic year. The program is open to researchers in all disciplines except clinical fields involving direct patient care. Fellows are expected to serve as cultural ambassadors, promoting mutual understanding between Israel and the United States through academic and community engagement. The fellowship includes a stipend, health insurance, visa administration, and pre-departure orientation.
