Description
The EMBO Postdoctoral Fellowships program is designed to support highly qualified postdoctoral researchers in the life sciences who wish to pursue research in a different country, promoting international mobility and scientific exchange. The fellowship provides up to two years of funding, including a salary or stipend, relocation allowance, and additional support for fellows with children. Awardees gain access to EMBO's Laboratory Leadership courses and become part of the global EMBO Fellows network. The program recognizes first-author refereed preprints as equivalent to first-author publications for eligibility and assessment.
International mobility is a core requirement, and the fellowship aims to foster career development, integration into a vibrant scientific community, and responsible conduct of research.
