The Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI) Postgraduate Fellowship Program offers a unique, paid nine-month fellowship in Washington, D.C. for emerging Latino leaders and individuals committed to advancing the Latino community. Fellows spend four days a week on Capitol Hill, gaining practical experience with the legislative process and public policy, and one day each week in leadership development sessions based on CHCI’s four Pillars of Leadership. The program includes organizing policy briefings, publishing issue briefs, and focusing on areas such as health, education, technology, child welfare, housing, and law. Fellows benefit from networking, mentorship, and professional development within a culturally supportive cohort.
