Description
The Pozen-Commonwealth Fund Fellowship is a 22-month, degree-granting program at the Yale School of Management, supported by Robert C. Pozen, The Commonwealth Fund, and Yale’s MBA for Executives program. It helps healthcare professionals develop the management and leadership capabilities to address inequities in the U.S. healthcare system, particularly those affecting minorities, socioeconomically disadvantaged groups, and other marginalized populations.
Fellows pursue the MBA for Executives with a healthcare focus while continuing their professional work. Alongside the MBA curriculum, they receive health equity training and mentoring, participate in workshops and domestic immersion experiences, and complete a capstone project addressing a health equity problem. Graduates earn a Yale MBA.
