    Description

The Pennsylvania Pharmacists Educational Foundation’s Practice Grant Program supports projects that investigate, demonstrate, document, measure, or otherwise explore innovative pharmacy practice and patient care. Established in 2019 alongside the Foundation’s Mini-Grant Program, it encourages innovative and best pharmacy practices, especially patient-centered services and activities offering patient benefit. Every proposed project must articulate a measurable result or outcome.

Applicants are strongly encouraged to address healthcare disparities and social determinants of health, including food and healthcare access, language and health literacy, and transportation. Projects that positively impact historically marginalized populations are also encouraged. Proposals must explain how the work will advance pharmacy practice, demonstrate its scalability to general pharmacy practices, and describe how resulting data or outcomes could be shared with PPA to affect practice.
