Description
This opportunity supports faculty at primarily undergraduate institutions (PUIs) within the Nevada INBRE network who are committed to advancing undergraduate research engagement. The award is designed to empower faculty to develop undergraduate research curricula (e.g., CUREs) or lead small-scale research projects that provide hands-on research training and enrich STEM education. Recipients are expected to set measurable milestones, regularly report progress, and present their activities at annual research conferences and advisory committee meetings. The program aims to foster a robust research culture among undergraduate students and faculty across Nevada's PUIs.
