Description
PREPARE is a Novo Nordisk Foundation programme supporting new educational ideas at universities in the Danish Realm. It gives science and engineering teachers resources to enhance students’ creative and critical skills through research-based activities and better prepare them to solve complex societal problems. Eligible teaching falls within natural, technical, and health sciences aligned with the Foundation’s 2030 strategic key themes, primarily serving bachelor’s and master’s students.
The programme supports digital teaching development, research infrastructure for education, and upgrades to educational content. Examples include interactive digital platforms and AI tools, makerspaces and teaching laboratories, research training at external facilities, and courses addressing emerging research areas. Projects are expected to reach students within their first year.
