Description
Presbyterian Health Foundation (PHF) and the University of Oklahoma Health Campus (OUHC) offer this grant to help new and early-stage clinician scientists develop independent clinical or translational research projects. The goal is to advance those projects until they are competitive for federal career development awards, such as NIH K-level awards.
The program is part of PHF’s broader research grant initiative at OUHC, which supports junior faculty development and the progression of research concepts into studies. A project may receive a second year of support if the investigator meets identified milestones, completes a Year 2 application, and funds are available.
