Description
This grant program, led by the Vermont Community Foundation as part of the national Press Forward initiative, funds creative collaborations between Vermont-based nonprofits or governmental organizations and local news or information providers. The goal is to support projects that reach new audiences, produce community-informed content, and experiment with new models, media formats, and engagement strategies. By investing in these partnerships, the program aims to strengthen local news as a civic resource, improve representation and accessibility in journalism, and empower Vermont communities to share their stories and solutions.
