    Description

This opportunity is Priority 3 of the 2026 Daphne call under the Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values Programme (CERV), managed by the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Justice and Consumers. It supports national or transnational action projects preventing gender-based violence, particularly measures aligned with the Directive on combating violence against women and domestic violence.

The priority covers rape prevention and consent, cyberviolence prevention, victim-centred perpetrator programmes, stereotypical media portrayals, and sexual harassment in the film and audiovisual industry. Supported work can include campaigns, training, practical tools, transferable methods, cooperation, and analytical activities. Practical measures designed for sustainable, systemic change are preferred. Research may contribute to project objectives but cannot be the main focus. Intended outcomes include changing harmful attitudes, engaging men and boys, improving early detection, and increasing safety for people at risk.
