Description
The Novo Nordisk Foundation awards this annual prize to a team of two or three university teachers whose joint work has made an extraordinary contribution to educating students in interdisciplinary science across the Danish Realm. It recognises teaching in degree programmes that combine natural, technical, or health sciences, particularly work that could inspire educators internationally.
The prize pairs personal honorary awards with an educational grant to the recipients’ university. The team must use the university portion to develop interdisciplinary science teaching, for example through experimental equipment, upgraded teaching facilities, development projects, or study visits to other universities.
