Professional Equity Project (PEP)
The CCCC Professional Equity Project supports part-time and adjunct writing educators, independent scholars, and community partners to attend the CCCC Annual Convention for professional development and scholarly engagement.

The Professional Equity Project (PEP), administered by the Conference on College Composition and Communication (CCCC), provides financial support for part-time and adjunct writing teachers, independent scholars, and community partners to attend the CCCC Annual Convention. The program aims to increase access to professional development opportunities for those who may not otherwise have institutional support, with a particular focus on educators who have not previously attended the Convention. Each award includes a stipend, paid registration, and complimentary membership to CCCC, making participation in the annual event more accessible and fostering a more inclusive community of writing educators.
