The Professional Fellows Program (PFP) is a fully funded, two-way exchange initiative that brings mid-level emerging leaders from select European and Eurasian countries to the United States for intensive, individually tailored 5–6 week fellowships. Fellows are placed in non-profit organizations, private businesses, or government offices, gaining hands-on experience, enhancing leadership and professional skills, and building lasting international partnerships. The program also includes reciprocal opportunities for U.S. hosts to visit fellows’ home countries. PFP is administered by American Councils for International Education and funded by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs.
