Description
The Society of Women Engineers (SWE) offers Program Development Grants (PDG) to empower SWE Sections, Members at Large (MAL), Affiliates, Affinity Groups, and SWENext to implement innovative programs and events that advance the mission of promoting women in engineering and technology. These micro-grants support both new and enhanced initiatives in professional development, outreach (including K-12 and adult influencers), and advocacy. Funding is awarded based on the novelty, impact, and financial need of the proposal, with an emphasis on supporting events that foster professional growth, community engagement, and a safe environment for youth.
