The Society of Women Engineers (SWE) Program Development Grants (PDG) provide micro-grants to SWE Sections, Affiliates, Members at Large (MAL), SWENext, and Affinity Groups. These grants are intended to empower local SWE organizations to create, expand, or enhance impactful professional development, advocacy, and outreach events that further SWE’s mission to support women in engineering and technology. Funding supports a wide variety of activities, such as hands-on K-12 outreach, skill-building workshops, leadership development, and other strategic initiatives.
