The Program Development funding from Marine Extension and Georgia Sea Grant provides small, rapid-response grants to support research, education, and outreach projects that address emerging or unanticipated issues in Georgia’s coastal and marine environments. These grants are intended to be flexible and responsive, enabling support for immediate research needs, innovative pilot projects, and workshops or educational activities that connect diverse audiences to marine and coastal science.
