Description

Program Grants from the American Savings Foundation are designed to support impactful direct service programs in the areas of education, human services, and arts & culture, with a primary focus on the needs of children, youth, and families in New Britain and Waterbury, Connecticut. The Foundation funds both established programs that have demonstrated meaningful community impact and innovative new initiatives addressing unmet needs. Collaborative efforts and projects leveraging matching funds are encouraged, with a focus on measurable outcomes for those with the greatest need. The Foundation is not typically able to be the sole funder for any program and looks for evidence of broad local support.
