This grant supports organizations and individual artists in Marion County to develop and present arts and culture activities in accessible public spaces, such as parks, libraries, community centers, and neighborhood greenspaces. The program aims to foster vibrant public arts experiences, strengthen community connections, and enhance Indianapolis’s cultural offerings. Funding can be used for all project-related expenses, including artist fees, production costs, materials, administration, and outreach. All projects must be accompanied by a letter of support from the chosen public venue, and must involve and compensate artists fairly.
