Description
The Novo Nordisk Foundation supports nursing research projects in Denmark through its Committee on Nursing Research. The programme aims to make Danish nursing research-based and develop the profession to the highest quality, benefiting nursing practice and patient care. All areas of nursing research are supported, with special attention to projects focused on transitional care and nursing in the primary healthcare sector.
Funding supports independent or delimited projects, as well as clearly defined components of larger research projects already underway. These may include work connected to a PhD scholarship or postdoctoral fellowship in nursing research. Projects must have a considerable research focus and be anchored in a Danish research environment.
