Description
This in-person program, hosted by the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity, is designed to empower Indigenous leaders, administrators, and service providers with project management skills tailored to Indigenous contexts. The curriculum integrates standardized project management principles with Indigenous wise practices and teachings from Elders, focusing on both theoretical and practical approaches. Participants will engage in hands-on exercises, group seminars, and cultural activities, learning to manage projects effectively while aligning them with community values and organizational goals.
