Description
This in-person program, offered by the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity, is designed for Indigenous leaders, administrators, and service providers involved in project development and management within Indigenous communities and organizations. The curriculum integrates standardized project management techniques with Indigenous wise practices, guided by Elders and experienced faculty. Participants will gain both theoretical and practical skills in project planning, change management, and performance management, all through a culturally relevant lens. The program aims to empower Indigenous professionals to successfully lead projects rooted in both professional standards and cultural knowledge.
